POLICIES

Makeup Appointments

- Please no guests to any bookings unless they are also being serviced.

- Willing to travel, travel fee may apply.

- Total balance must be paid at appointment in cash.

-Please do not come to your appointment if you are sick or develop any type of eye infection, cold sore, etc. My clients safety is most important to me, doing makeup on someone who is ill can put my clients as well as myself at risk. If you do show up, i will kindly have to ask you to reschedule your appointment.

- Please book at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability. (Excludes Bridal parties, please book at least 3 months in advance.)

- Confirmation text/email will be sent the day before appointment. If you don't respond I will have to assume you are not showing.

- If you are running late, please let me know. Please be aware that some appointments are booked back to back, If you are late we will make due with the time we have left, other appointments after yours will not be postponed and will begin as scheduled.

- However, if you are going to be 15mins+ late your appointment will be cancelled for that day.

 

Cancellations

-If you cannot make your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance.

-You may reschedule your appointment but may be required to pay a $15 non-refundable deposit.

-Please understand the amount of time, money and planning that goes into scheduling and preparing for your appointment. Thank you for your cooperation.

 

Tips

* Come with a bare face and all makeup removed.

* Arrive at appointments with brows groomed and any unwanted facial hair removed to ensure a clean cut look!

* Recommended to wear a zip up/button up shirt, jacket or baggy shirt so that makeup does not get smudged in the process of changing for event.
