LASH POLICIES

-Venmo or cash are all accepted for payment.

-If you are 10mins+ late for your appointment your appointment will be cancelled for that day. (Please keep in mind i have other clients before and after you!

-Please wear no eye makeup to your appointment

-No refunds. If you decide you do not like your lashes or no longer want them we can schedule you a removal.

-No guests to any bookings

-A confirmation message will be sent the day before your appointment, if you do not respond i will have to assume you are not coming.

-You must have 40% of lashes for your appointment to count as a fill. If you have less than this, you will be charged for a new set.

-Fills should be scheduled every 2-3 weeks

-Please keep in mind that lashes fall out with your natural lashes so it is possible to lose some the day of.

-It is the clients responsibility to upkeep lashes and follow instructions in order to achieve best retention results.

-Not following instructions can damage lashes.

-By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to all of these policies.
